Ok, the cheer sucks and blows but the sentiment is in the right spot. To those of you in the dark, Hammy, our nephew, is currently in hot-as-ass Singapore (there goes my rating again). He went down last week to train and try out with a soccer team there. Hopefully, this is the break he needs and these people are not just dicking him around. He has a series of tests, training and conditioning to run through for the next week or so before he knows for sure. If you have ever seen him play, you know the soccer world has been robbed of a major talent, and I do not say that just as his loving uncle. Any of the countless people he has made look stupid on the field can attest to his skill level. He just needs that chance at the next level to push himself forward.
Anyhow, fate, chance, luck and the right pwople all have to combine for things to happen so I hope this is but one of many points on his journey. Our hearts and minds are with you Hammy. Give them hell!
