I know for a fact that my DW would have been hoping mad and ready to rip everyone a new one at the company. I think I would have too but I do see a bit of humour in it all. Having worked on both sides of the support phone call, I have a different perspective. In the end though, the employees were fired and deservedly so. It is one thing to do that internally; it is just plain stupid, and a highly visible CEM, to have it go public.
I hate to admit though, the more I read Jeff's name, the more I laughed.
