A true Maple Leafs loving, Maple syrup eating, Maple Pine sitting Canadian (who just happens to have been born and bred a dye-in-the-wool Trinidadian).
Though not entirely correct, this is the basic gist of my journey this morning. Small in the grand scale but baby steps for now and I hope to expand the map as the year rolls on.

McCowan would have been better to take IMO. I've used that one to go to Stouffville. It's wider and a little more traffic friendly (or at least when I've taken it). There are also advantages to early morning rides but I know you're not that much of an early birdie. ;)

Not in terms of elevation. Trust me, as a resident of Scarberia for over 27 years, I can tell you that Brimley is flatter than McCowan.
Yes but the direction you're going would have you downhill for the majority of it.. ;)
Touche, your point is true. I'll learn more of the routes as I start to make longer trips I guess. At least, that is the goal. :)
