I thought it was Hillary running?

So why, in the last paragraph, is the Clinton spokesman saying that "Fe have done more to build the Democratic Party than BILL and Hillary Clinton"? I know you are saying so what, but let's examine this. People are voicing their fear than Bill Clinton cannot and will not act in the typical first spouse role. That is, they fear he will have too much influence in the White House and while they want Hillary in, they don't want a repeat four years of Bill. Further, he has been at the very least a big distraction on this campaign from Hillary's message. Hell, if you look at the buttons they were handing out, his head is bigger on the button than hers. So, even subtley, why would you not ensure that everything mentioned with the two of them has the bigger focus on Hillary and treat Bill as an afterthought? This can only bode well for the Obama camp and it is another glaring reason that Barack wants nothing to do with the idea of Hillary running as his Vice-president. The price of that arrangement is to also invite Bill back into the White House with you and that may be too high a price to pay.

BTW, I love Bill Clinton for many different reasons and I think he was a much better president that GWB, but this is now not then and times are different. He should have stayed in the shadows more to allow his wife to shine and show HER strengths as her own woman, who just happens to be married to a former president. It is my opinion that he did not do her campaign any favours. I do like Hillary as well, but I think it is truly a time for change in our cousins to the south's politics. There are very good reasons that the world dislikes Americans and there are some very stupid reasons for it. The former can be helped by a changing of the guard. The latter, well, you just cannot fight stupid easily; the last eight years should have shown everyone that.

Peace.
