I know that I could probably fill my blog daily with stories like this from around the world and I know it gets depressing after awhile, especially for parents. That said, I intend to continue adding them when I come across it because we cannot become complacent to this kind of foolishness. Oh man, wait I start my dissertation on capital punishment and the justice system in Canada. These kind of perverted, sick *&%*(^(& are at the top of my list!

Makes you wonder why the Canadian public continues to vote for a Liberal governmnet that REFUSES to do anything to provide for punishment or deterence to these sick, sick people.
What astounds me is that no member of our government ever expresses the outrage that I feel over this. Where is the leadership? Who will take a stand? The only stand the liberals take is in the Gomery enquiry.
Collectors of vast quantities of Child Porn are being given house arrest!! And then to make things worse they are still being allowed a computer with Internet access.
Even the conservatives are too silent on this issue mostly because they don't want to be labeled as "fear mongerers"
Why do canadians continue to vote for these liberal idiots?
Well many do it because it is what their family has always done. It is "tradition"
How can we demand action when there is no political consequence for ignoring our demands.
These guys will NEVER protect our kids. They wil ALWAYS put the rights of the accused and convicted over the rights of the victims and society at large.

Oh sure, kick a man in his loyalties. Ok, I concede that a temporary changing of the guard may wake someone up on the hill. FOr all the crap they are concentrating on, they are surely sucking in prime areas where it counts.
Why the hell is there even a discussion about whether or not there should be a mandatory sentence for any crime (NOT just serious ones) that involves a firearm?
Why the hell are there so many REGISTERED sex offenders in the same area a little girl was abducted, raped and murdered?
Why the hell are little punks protected by an antiquidated law that they know they can exploit to the fullest, essentially (and sometimes literally) getting away with murder?
How the hell does someone, who has been deported four different times due to crimes against the community, get back into the country yet again?
And on, and on, and on. I will point out though, that the governments before the Liberals were just as limp-wristed as this one. no one wants to step up and put it out there and fix what is broken.
