I was up watching Off the Record and the guy from Body Break was on it. As one who needs his body broken to get back into shape, I thought I should add it to my blog. Anyonw that ever watched a local station in the souther region of Ontario has seen the little features that they put on. Just say the word "Participaction" and most people would know what you are talking about. Anyhow, every little bit of knowledge helps so have at it.
