RAINBOW KABOBS AND CLOUD DIP

RAINBOW KABOBS AND CLOUD DIP
Yield:N/A

* 1 1/2 cups pineapple
* 1 1/2 cups watermelon
* 1 1/2 cups grapes
* 1 1/2 cups strawberries
* 1 1/2 cups banana
* 1 1/2 cups blackberries
* 1 1/2 cups honeydew melon
* 1 1/2 cups canteloupe

Cloud Dip

* 2 cups vanilla yogurt
* 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

1. Cut all the fruit into bite size pieces, about 1”. Set up a work station with skewers and cut fruit in bowls. Allow the children to assemble their own skewers.
2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup. Serve as a dip for the rainbow kabobs.
